Zach is LeadGen’s Information Technology Director.  Zach and his team have a critical role planning and implementing all additions, deletions and major modifications to LeadGen’s IT infrastructure.  His team effortlessly manages client account set-up, intricate in-house and client CRM operations, LeadGen network security, administration and compliance.  His team also customizes and runs reports for our clients – whose reporting needs can be both varied and complicated.

Zach is also the Account Manager for our technology client base.  In this role, he loves and takes pride in setting face-to-face appointments with IT decision-makers.  His vast knowledge makes him a reliable resource that members of the technology community look to and view as a valuable resource. Technology is complicated and fast, and Zach believes it is a strategic imperative to stay connected to his personal network of IT contacts.  HIs focus is to cascade his latest learnings, knowledge and training to his team and others in LeadGen Sector leadership with formal, biweekly meetings.

Zach is a graduate of Northwestern University, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS), A++, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and a Certified Administrator.

Zach’s sweet spot is his IT technology know-how and his unbelievable network of IT connections and resources.  This makes him an invaluable resource to our clients and to us.  It gives him an unequivocal edge when setting appointments for our high-tech industry clients as well.  He is a 24/7 resource whenever technology issues arise. 

Every company LeadGen works with involves a technological component.  There is never a “one size fits all” in technology, but no matter the challenge, the solutions come naturally to Zach. If he doesn’t have an answer, he has a support network that does!
