Barbara Zazzo, Marketing and Events Director

As Marketing Director for EAS LeadGen, Barbara develops creative marketing ideas and campaigns to help our LeadGen message and value proposition resonate with new and existing clients. She also does extensive research for LeadGen where she manages, conducts and analyzes our customer satisfaction surveys and our competitors. For those clients who need a prospect list, Barbara is our "go-to" person.  She brings vast experience in working with all types of companies and has a good line of sight as to what clients in these verticals really want.

Prior to working with LeadGen, Barbara worked at Zone Publications, where she helped grow the business from start-up to a weekly distribution of 5,000 in just under one year.  Her claim to fame at Zone was her ideation and launch of the most popular section of the newspaper.  Barbara also brings extensive marketing experience from her position as Marketing Manager of the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program.  In her role there, she created marketing materials, managed telemarketing initiatives and provided real-time lead tracking and sales analysis to help effectively guide leadership’s directional decisions.

An  alumnae of Kean University, Barbara enjoys volunteering for a local food pantry and Family Promise.  She continues to share and volunteer her superior marketing skills outside of work by organizing various food drives, gift collections for the needy and outreaches out to the local community as well as internationally.

Sweet Spot

Barbara’s sweet spot is that she is a master of “Guerilla Marketing.”  While she is the great creator of innovative marketing concepts and ideas, she is not one to sit back and let others implement without structure, guidance or “her own skin in the game.” She can always be found actively involved, sleeves rolled up, trying to gauge concept changes or modifications based on data returns and field consults.  When we need the “big idea,” we (and our clients) get on Barbara’s calendar.
