  • A target list (use your own or we can help you develop one)
  • Assigning a member of the LeadGen team as a delegate to your online calendar 
  • By having access to your calendar, we can set a mutually acceptable appointment date/time with the prospect in real time.
  • Send us a copy of the resume or bio of the professionals attending the appointment. 
  • While speaking with prospective targets, we like to leverage your background.
  • Send us marketing collateral, white papers and any material we can e-mail (or mail). 
  • Collateral is very helpful when preparing for a new project. We gain knowledge and are able to speak professionally about the service.  People often ask us to send written materials before they will agree to an appointment.
  • Participate on a short conference call to talk about the project, your targets, key objectives and success metrics
