What you can expect from us?

At LeadGen – we will:

  • Analyze your target list by sending it to Dun and Bradstreet. DUNs numbers uniquely identify your prospects and ensure that they are not duplicated in your current project or any of your campaign history. 
  • Review any marketing material and create a call guide that we will review with you on a pre-launch conference call.  We develop questions on the best way to position your company or your product/service. We try to understand who is most likely to buy, what are the target’s hot points and ultimately listen for important need queues. 
  • Begin calling within ten business days of receiving your list and marketing material. 
  • Schedule appointments after contacting the appropriate decision makers and influencers.
  • Prepare a comprehensive lead sheet for every appointment.  This lead sheet will include:
  • The day we called
  • The appointment date
  • Contact information for the target including the title, phone number, email, assistant’s name and number, address, and web site.
  • A comprehensive, free form description of the conversation that took place on the call including what we discussed, how the appointment was set and the important points to embellish upon during your time with the prospect. We also try to provide insight into what you can expect when you arrive for the appointment.
  • Schedule the appointment on your on-line calendar. As soon as the appointment is set we will block out the time on your calendar and attach a copy of the lead sheet.
  • Prepare a company and/or industry research document. This research document is usually 30 to 35 pages long and includes company structure, recent news, important events, strategic imperatives, executive biographies and recent financial data.
  • Appointment Follow-Up. 48 hours after the appointment, the LeadGen team will re-connect with your sales professional and ask about quality and details of the appointment to help track the beginning of a new relationship success and obtain feedback for future calls.
