Kelvin Francis - VP Strategy and Business Development

As our VP of Strategy and Business Development, Kelvin has a unique and critical role here at EAS LeadGen. He has dual responsibility for managing both the strategic direction of the firm and its business development activities. This combination of his daily client-facing work, married with his internal responsibility to help our corporate and sector leadership teams “steer the ship,” ensures that LeadGen is never out of touch with the executive appointment setting and lead generation marketplace. Our clients love Kelvin because they are the constant benefactors of the latest and greatest from around the world and across all verticals.

Prior to LeadGen, in the capacity of Director of Operations, Kelvin created and implemented strategies that evolved a five-person lead generation company into a full-scale business development firm - doubling the company’s revenue in two years. Working at a start-up means that you need the skill sets and commitment to manage, coordinate, create and analyze everything – everyday! Prior to his role at the lead generation firm, Kelvin held the role of Director at the multi-level marketing firm, Pre-Paid Legal SVC. No surprises there... business development success and sales results that were staggering.

Kelvin has also received his Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University, which is another fantastic benefit for both LeadGen and all the clients Kelvin serves.

Passion. These days, it is quite rare to find people outside of LeadGen that are passionate about even a single role in their current position. Kelvin cracks that mold. He is Passionate about Strategy. He is a Zealot about Analysis. He is Fanatical about an Economic and Efficient Process. But most of all, he is a Great Communicator and a Client Enthusiast. Whenever we are in the discovery stages of new projects or working on new ideas for a client program, and we want to ensure that all the right questions are asked and that the right issues are being covered, we ask Kelvin to take on the role of "client advocate." This role ensures that at the end of the process, it is our clients who achieve the highest and best outcomes.
